1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of callthejunkbusters.com and the services provided by Junk Busters Junk Removal LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Junk Busters," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or communicating with us by phone or text message, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Junk Busters provides junk removal, debris removal, light demolition, estate cleanouts, storage unit cleanouts, and related hauling services in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area. The scope of any particular job is what we and you agree to in writing or verbally before work begins.

We may decline any job at our discretion, including where conditions are unsafe, access is inadequate, or the work falls outside what we are licensed or equipped to perform.

3. Quotes and Pricing

We do not publish fixed prices. All pricing is provided as a free, no-obligation quote based on the volume, weight, type, and accessibility of the items to be removed.

Quotes given by phone, text, or from photographs are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed on site before work begins. If on-site conditions differ materially from what was described — more volume, heavier material, restricted access, hazardous contents — we will provide a revised price for your approval before proceeding. You may decline the revised price at no charge.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

4. Scheduling, Access, and Cancellation

Appointment windows are estimates. Traffic, weather, disposal facility conditions, and preceding jobs may affect arrival times. We will contact you if we are running outside your window.

You are responsible for providing safe and lawful access to the property and the items to be removed, and for obtaining any permission required from a property owner, landlord, HOA, or building management.

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to charge a trip fee where our crew arrives as scheduled and the job cannot proceed for reasons within your control.

5. Items We Cannot Accept

We do not remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to asbestos, chemicals, solvents, paint, fuel, oil, medical or biohazardous waste, ammunition, or explosives. We may decline other items at our discretion based on disposal restrictions or safety.

Certain items carry additional disposal fees imposed by transfer stations and recycling facilities. Where such fees apply, we will tell you before work begins.

6. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the job unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods stated at the time of booking.

7. Ownership of Items and Property Condition

By engaging us to remove items, you represent that you own them or are authorized to dispose of them, and that they contain nothing you intend to keep. Once removed, items become the property of Junk Busters and may be donated, recycled, or disposed of at our discretion. We are not able to retrieve items after removal.

Please remove or point out anything fragile, valuable, or not intended for removal before we begin. We take care on every job, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear from moving large items through a space, or damage arising from structural conditions we could not reasonably have known about.

Report any damage you believe we caused within 48 hours of service so we can inspect it.

8. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

Program description. Junk Busters Junk Removal LLC operates two types of text message programs:

• Service-related (transactional) messages. One-to-one replies about quotes, photos of items, scheduling, arrival windows, invoices, payment confirmations, and job follow-up.
• Promotional messages. Occasional offers, seasonal specials, and service reminders.

How you opt in. You consent to receive service-related messages by checking the service-related consent box on our website quote form, by calling or texting us first at a number published on our website, our Google Business Profile listing, or our Google Ads, or by giving verbal consent during a phone call with us.

You consent to receive promotional messages only by separately checking the promotional consent box on our website quote form. Consenting to service-related messages does not opt you in to promotional messages, and consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any service from us.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on the services you request and your interaction with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Junk Busters does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to opt out. You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again the same way you did originally.

Carriers. Participating carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Alaska Communications Systems (ACS), Appalachian Wireless (EKN), Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One of East Central Illinois (ECIT), Cellular One of Northeast Pennsylvania, Cricket, Coral Wireless (Mobi PCS), COX, Cross, Element Mobile (Flat Wireless), Epic Touch (Elkhart Telephone), GCI, Golden State, Hawkeye (Chat Mobility), Hawkeye (NW Missouri), Illinois Valley Cellular, Inland Cellular, iWireless (Iowa Wireless), Keystone Wireless (Immix Wireless/PC Man), Mosaic (Consolidated or CTC Telecom), Nex-Tech Wireless, NTelos, Panhandle Communications, Pioneer, Plateau (Texas RSA 3 Ltd), Revol, RINA, Simmetry (TMP Corporation), Thumb Cellular, Union Wireless, United Wireless, Viaero Wireless, and West Central (WCC or 5 Star Wireless).

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. We use the information you provide to send and respond to your messages. This includes sharing it with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who help us deliver messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. We may disclose information to satisfy legal, regulatory, or governmental requests, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. See our Privacy Policy for more.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Website Content

The content on callthejunkbusters.com, including text, photographs, logos, and the Junk Busters name, is our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
