Junk Busters is a Houston company — our truck and 14-foot dump trailer live on W 30th, ten minutes from the Heights and a straight shot up 290 to Cypress. When you call, you're talking to an owner, not a call center in another state. When the truck pulls up, it's usually the same guys you talked to.

That matters for a job like this. Junk removal is two strangers coming into your garage, your late father's house, or your tenant's abandoned apartment. We know that, so we show up on time, in uniform, in a truck with our name on it, and we tell you exactly what's going to happen before we touch anything.

We work across Greater Houston seven days a week, with same-day and next-day slots most days. Inside the loop and across north and northwest Houston we're usually there within hours. The suburbs — Katy, Cypress, Spring, Tomball, The Woodlands, Sugar Land — are next-day at the latest.

One firm number, before we lift a thing.

We don't post a price list, and here's the honest reason: two piles that look the same in a photo can be very different jobs. A garage on an alley with a mattress and some boxes is an hour. The same stuff on the third floor of a walk-up with a narrow stairwell is a different afternoon. Price is driven by how much space your stuff takes in the trailer and how hard it is to get there — stairs, distance to the truck, heavy material like concrete or shingles.

So we come out for free and look at it. You get one all-in number that includes the crew, the loading, the dump fees, and the sweep-up. There's no fuel surcharge and nothing gets added on the day. If the number works, we usually load right then. If it doesn't, we shake hands and leave — no obligation, no hard feelings.

One more thing on price: we're cheaper than a dumpster for most residential jobs, because you don't rent anything, you don't load anything, and you don't lose your driveway for a week. If a dumpster genuinely makes more sense for your project — a months-long remodel, say — we'll tell you.

Where your stuff actually goes.

Usable furniture, clothing, and household goods go to Houston donation centers, not the landfill. Metal, appliances, and electronics get recycled through licensed facilities. What's left — and it's less than people expect — goes to the proper disposal site. We do this because it's the right thing and because dump fees are real money; either way, you benefit.
